ESADIN
INT´L SA´s policy is to render the services of counselling
and foreign trade logistics through specialized personnel and
constantly updated operative systems, providing the clients
with our experience and knowledge. |

Our
company was created in 1982, based on an agreement between two
members of our current staff and an important chemical company.
These members had a vast foreign trade experience, obtained
by working in private enterprises and occupying high charges
which requested a constant training and qualifying degrees.
The agreement demanded the application of International logistics,
from the coordination of shipments, insurances, packaging, freights,
banking and customs services until the end of the transaction,
whether importation or exportation.
By 1994, through the recommendation of other clients, new corporations
of different areas requested our services, being that we had
a client portfolio of almost 40 corporations.
In 1992 the Administración Nacional de Aduanas [ Customs
National Administration ] was developing the Sistema María,
being our company one of the first ten customs agents which
worked with this system in its experimental stage. This occurred
mainly due to the diversity of destinations and areas we worked
with.
By the end of 1994, and due to our growth, more professionals
joined our team, redefining the company and becoming part of
the board of directors.
Since that moment, ESADIN INT'L S.A. grew and consolidated as
a corporation.
A software was created within our company to track the transactions
on-line, being able to follow concluded operations and to load
the information of each and every destination, whether importation
or exportation.
Our portfolio had 103 companies.
An international freight an insurance board was created in order
to comply with our clients demands.
Operation transactions were broaden locally and warehouses were
rented to enable a complete inner logistics.
Two new vehicles were incorporated for the delivery and pick-up
of goods.
We also have a warehouse of our own near the Miami International
Airport.
In the year 2000, we started working to obtain an ISO 9002 Quality
Certificate, which was finally obtained through the Societe
Generale de Survillance (SGS) certifying company.

quality system fulfils the ISO 9001/2000 regulations requirements
for production, installation and service. |

Esadin
Int´l S.A. has been certified with ISO
9002 since 2000, due to our effort to provide our clients
a better service. Esadin Int´l S.A. obtained its
certificate in the first examination. According to ISO
examiners, only 22 % of the companies obtained said certificate
during the first examination. In 2003, we obtained the
ISO 9001/2000 certificate. |

The
worldwide standard of quality of products and services has been
adopted by 91 countries, which conform the International Organization
for Standardization (ISO). These countries use this certificate
to distinguish the companies which offer their clients the best
products and services they can.
Esadin Int´l S.A. has not only obtained this certificate
but also has been improving its processes to adapting them to
the Foreign Trade field.
